With over two decades of experience as a Montessori Educator, and more than 15 years as the Founder and Director of Formative Age — a Montessori Teacher Training Institute — Smruti has dedicated her life to guiding both parents and Teachers on paths of conscious growth and authentic living.
Smruti is a certified Conscious Parenting Coach (CPMCP). She had the honor of training under Dr. Shefali Tsabary, at her Conscious Parenting Institute.
Smruti is also the author of Another Parenting Perspective, a book which talks about ways we can strengthen the parent-child relationship through the process of parental evolution.
