You got your first taste a few months ago when I trained as Sylveon… and now we’re officially bringing themed months BACK to kick off January 🔥

Next week’s live workouts are inspired by each Eeveelution, built around how I think they’d train to boost their stats 🤩😤 Attack, Defense, Speed, Special Attack….all of ‘em!

👀 PLUS… we’ve got a special event coming:
A Pokémon Gen 1 face-off where a friend and I put our Pokémon knowledge to the test, with workout consequences in between 🤪

Hello my Buff N Nerdy Crew! We are back from Thailand. 🇹🇭🤩

I’m so excited to be back LIVE with yall this week. We had MANY fun adventures getting comfortable being uncomfortable:

- chased a chicken and picked one up for the first time (very proud of this 🤣)
- Rode on a 40 minute long scooter Grab (which is Thailand’s uber!)
- Jumped off a side of a boat into the ocean from the second floor
- Ate street food in a mall (which seemed more safe than pure street food 🤣)

Keep pushing yourself to do things that get you out of your comfort zone! See yall soon!
