Welcome! I'm Kathryn Bruni-Young, I'm the founder of Mindful Strength and I help people get into heavier lifting and feel more capable and confident in life. I started out as a yoga teacher and after a handful of injuries, got into powerlifting, and strength & conditioning. I've been working with all levels of students for over a decade, teaching people about progressive training and why using heavy weight is incredibly beneficial.
I run a small gym, host a podcast, and teach online strength classes and programs to people all over the world. I hope you enjoy the videos, thanks for being here!
