Sacred Heart Mission has a long history of effectively assisting the most disadvantaged members of our community to rebuild their lives.
Since opening our doors in 1982, we have evolved into an innovative organisation, sustained by a deep pool of generosity and support from the community.
Our vision is of an inclusive, fair and compassionate community, which enables people to overcome disadvantage and realise their full potential.
Our services address the immediate concerns of people experiencing homelessness but also practice early intervention. By attempting to address the causes and effects of poverty and disadvantage at an early stage, our services help prevent more people entering the cycle of poverty and disadvantage.
