The Charity’s founder, Keji, is an author, talk show host, Mental Well-being Consultant, Certified Coach, and Professional Grief Counsellor. She is an expert in the field of mental well-being and grief management.
Her journey as a mental health advocate started in 2018. She was a pregnant mother of a baby girl. She was going to name her Mayah. But she was devastated when she found out that her Mayah was stillborn at 35 weeks. Needless to say, it took some time to find her bearings. After all, coming back from such a great loss would require a massive amount of mental and emotional fortitude.
As an advocate of women’s mental health, Keji aims to reach more of those who require her expertise through speaking engagements and her books. She envisions seeing a community to help each other overcome vicious cycles that impair us from reaching our true potential.
