Welcome to 'Around the Banyan Tree'. Here you'll find soulful, relaxing, calm Indian classical-inspired instrumental music featuring the bansuri, sitar, santoor, tanpura, and other beautiful Indian instruments.
Across India, the banyan tree has always been more than just a tree.
It's a place where people naturally come together. Children play beneath its branches, elders share stories, friends catch up, travellers stop to rest, and birds find a home among its leaves. Life seems to slow down in its shade.
Around the Banyan Tree was inspired by that feeling.
It is a quiet place to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
Listen while you work, study, read, enjoy a cup of tea, unwind after a long day, or simply take a few quiet moments for yourself.
Wherever you are in the world, you're always welcome here.
So, find a comfortable spot, stay as long as you like, and make yourself at home.
Slow down. Breathe. Rest for a while.
