Το Restorative/ Yin yoga είναι κατάλληλο για όλα τα επίπεδα και συνδυάζει μεγάλες κρατήσεις (2-5 λεπτά) και βαθιές διατάσεις της Yin yoga με την βαθιά χαλαρωτική και παθητική φύση της Restorative yoga.

Είναι μια πρακτική που επικεντρώνεται στην απελευθέρωση της έντασης, στην ηρεμία του νευρικού συστήματος και στην προώθηση της βαθιάς χαλάρωσης μέσω της ηρεμίας και της επίγνωσης της αναπνοής.

Restorative Yin yoga is suitable for all Levels, as it combines the long holds (2-5 minutes) and deep stretches of Yin yoga with the deeply relaxing and passive nature of Restorative yoga.

It's a practice focused on releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and promoting deep relaxation through stillness and breath awareness.
