Yukihide YT Takiyama is a GUITARIST/ BASSIST/ COMPOSER/ ARRANGER, A Berklee grad.
YT performed with many artists such as "THE BOXING GANDHIS", "COLBIE CAILLAT" for shows as well as recordings.
YT was music director on many albums for Japanese artist, ARASHI and KAT-TUN. YT wrote a song "Lips" for KAT-TUN, which became No.1 hit, sold half million copies, arranged and recorded Guitars along with Billy Sheehan and Simon Phillips.
YT started working with Japanese rock artist KYOSUKE HIMURO since 2010. He arranged and performed guitars on his album "B"orderless", singles "If You Want" and "Warriors" and more. YT and HIMURO created a unit "GOSPELS OF JUDAS", released first album "IF" from Warner Music Japan in 2018. GOJ wrote "Bloody Moon" as main theme song for Playstaion game "Ryu Ga Gotoku".
YT started working with Japan's biggest band "B'z" as an arranger since the album "Dinosaur". YT joined B'z tour since 2019 as a guitarist. YT played bass for two shows for B'z in 2021 as well.
