Hi, my name is Jwalant Patel, PA-C. I’m a board-certified Physician Assistant and the founder of MyFitMed, a Texas-based practice specializing in hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), peptide therapy, metabolic health, medical weight loss, and functional medicine.

My approach focuses on identifying root causes—not quick fixes. I evaluate low testosterone, fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, and metabolic decline using comprehensive labs and evidence-based protocols.
