Just a Mom/Grandma living life with my family! I have 4 children and 5 Grandchildren. I have dealt with anxiety and depression most of my life. I also have physical issues that cause me to have days full of pain. So I have made it my mission to share what I’ve gone through, what has helped, and what hasn’t.
