Oulujoen ja Sanginjoen partaille ja lähimetsiin on muotoutumassa Sanginkonnun taiderastien verkosto. Lumoavan luonnon keskeltä voit pian löytää ympäristötaiteilijoiden teoksia, joissa henkii alueen vanha kulttuuriperintö muistoineen ja tarinoineen, yhdistyen taiteilijoiden tulkintoihin. Jokainen teos on suunniteltu paikan henkeä, alueen luontoa, historiaa ja ihmisiä kunnioittaen. Myös kyläläiset osallistuvat teosten toteutukseen.
The Sanginkontu art trail offers visitors unforgettable experiences in nature. Set along the river and forest paths, the works reveal the history, stories and landscapes of the area. The trail is located in the villages of Sanginsuu, Sanginjoki and Lapinkangas, only a short distance from Oulu. Visitors can explore the trail all year round on foot, by bike or on skis.
