🚀 600 new friends in just a few days?! I’m blown away by the response to my latest video and just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for being here. 💙

Since that video didn’t share much about me, here’s a quick intro:
I’ve lost over 100 pounds in the last few years, and I share the real ups and downs of weight loss. I was on various GLP-1 medications (Wegovy & Mounjaro mostly) for the better part of 4 years, but I stopped taking them a few months ago. My focus now is on building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle without GLP meds — with plenty of 🍳 high-protein recipes, 🧠 honest chats about mental health, and 💪 encouragement for anyone on their own journey.

This community is all about keeping it real, cheering each other on, and finding joy in the process — not just chasing a number on the scale. ✨

Earlier this week, we received news that my 2001 RAV4 needed significant enough repairs that it wasn't worth saving. So, today... We did a thing! This is my first new car since 2010... and my first car payment since 2016. I'm so excited, but man, do I feel old trying to figure out how to operate this spaceship! I'm so very grateful for everything that made this vehicle a possibility. 🚙💜🙏🎉
