Welcome! I’m Laurent Dejonghe — a Belgian composer, pianist, filmmaker, IT professional and passionate hiker.

At 16, I lost a hand in an accident and had to find a new way to play and create music. I began composing with MIDI technology, performed in bands and pursued a future in music. Life later led me to a successful IT career, working on major international projects.

Today, my creative journey is rising again. Through Vision Productions, I unite music, film and technology. Jardin des Arts brings art, nature, light and intimate concerts together, while Phoenix Symphonica is my vision for spectacular symphonic and multimedia experiences at historic locations.

The phoenix symbolizes rising after loss, rediscovering a dream and proving that creativity can overcome physical limitations: Where Music Rises Again.
