Most people get footwork all wrong; it's not just about fast feet and agility ladder drills.
Although that stuff is important for fighting, it's only a small piece of being the better striker.
You also need to understand geometry (range & angles) to position your body in relation to your opponent and the ring -- this is known as "ring generalship".
That's why I put this e-book together, and wanted to share some of the foundational concepts with you all.
