Michael McGrath

Michael made history in 2004. He is the first disabled person to lead expeditions to both the North and South Poles. What makes this achievement all the more remarkable is that in 1984, aged just 18yrs, Michael was diagnosed with the muscle wasting disease Muscular Dystrophy (MD). In today’s uncertain world, Michael is a change agent and a phenomenal catalyst for inspiration.

As a motivational speaker, Michael's mission is to inspire action and be a catalyst for change ~ his greatest power is his emotional and intellectual force in connecting with audiences.

It's Michael's belief that improving an individual's performance through INSPIRATION, results in greater performance for the team, company and for the individual.

A key strength is his versatility in delivering conference keynotes, masterclasses, half or full day sessions – themes include: Resilience, Leadership, Teamwork, Risk, Change, Diversity & Inclusion (Difference) and Overcoming Adversity.
