My name is Alan, the aim of this channel is to encourage others to enjoy the waterways as they are places for exercise, inspiration and just great fun. I give useful tips and insights into how to restore a Cabin Cruiser, what types of materials to use, how to get the outboard engine serviced, how to rewire, install new batteries, gas equipment, a fridge, a shower unit, windows and restoring the original gel coat. I share with you some of the journeys that I have made and the issues for solo boaters. As well as the technical stuff there is also loads of pictorial information about routes which is presented in a colourful and imaginative way through music, art and poetry.
