I’m Eric Schoeffler, the Franco-Swedish bass-baritone and voice specialist.

On this channel, I help singers who feel stuck—tight, unstable, or inconsistent—understand and fix their voice using opera-level technique and clear, analytical explanations. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing the right things but nothing quite works, I break down what’s actually going on in your voice—and how to change it!

I’m an opera-trained bass-baritone from the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg, Stockholm Opera Studio, Vadstena Academy, Nadia et Lili Boulanger Conservatory in Paris—and before that, a Master of Science in Engineering. I’ve performed internationally in opera and concert, including roles like Schaunard (La bohème), Count Almaviva (Le Nordea di Figaro), and Peter (Hänsel und Gretel). I’ve also sung Pilatus in Bach’s Johannespassion, and the bass soloist in Rossini’s Petite messe solennelle.

Opera-trained. Engineer-minded. Focused on helping you understand your voice.
