Joyce Z. Wazirali is the founder of UCL®, coach, counsellor, trainer, speaker, author and entrepreneur. Since 1988 she has successfully guided more than 1,000 persons, leaders and organizations from the perspective of UCL®. For 13 years, she was co-founder, CEO and HR-manager of the Plasa Group, a successful company with 80 staff members. And 6 years Supervisory board member for 630 GPs.
