Meera Bhogal has been a business owner for 20 years. Meera is the founder of Meera’s Made from Scratch, an organic, nutritious, wholesome food brand. Meera is also the founder of Oak Lee Montessori School which has been established for 13 years, and prior to that she owned a Nursery.

Meera is a qualified Montessori teacher and has an NVQ 3in childcare. She has a food hygiene certificate, 20 years experience supporting families with allergies and food related issues within the Nursery. She has 13 years experience helping herself with menopause, and is currently studying a gym instructor and PT modules.
