The Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA) was set up in 2010-11 as an Executing Agency (EA) under Society Registration Act 1860.It’s a special purpose vehicle anchored to the Water Resources Dept, Govt of Assam established for implementation of the EAPs in the field of Water Resources Management.
