I need to use this new mindset to skyrocket my life

In order to make sure that whenever you set out some time to perform a task the task is done and done to a good quality; make sure you stick to time and get the work DONE. Build trust within yourself.
If you said today i’ll do my laundry and say i’ll do it no matter what, and then the day goes by and you realise you haven’t done the laundry, you tell your subconscious that, “you know what?, we can’t trust this guy even the small things he says we’re supposed to do, don’t get done!”
I haven’t even really been struggling with completing tasks lately, even though there’s always more to be done, it’s not something i’ll say i’ve been failing to do. But the same way you put money aside for a rainy day, developing mindsets and understandings on how to move past certain life blocks will in turn benefit you in return.
Take this for example. I know that a lot of teenagers and late teens, struggle with their social skills, and needless to say have no clue about even the first thing when it comes to attracting women. Now even though at the time of thinking these thoughts it was not really of upmost importance to dwell in this realm of thinking, I allowed myself to. This helped sustain me growing up, because I made sure to harness certain skills that would provide me ease of access in the sexual, or dating marketplace.
1: Do what you say you’ll do. 2: Take time to sit and ponder on problems you feel as though you could encounter in the next day, week, month or years to come.
Be Ready!
The enemy might not be very strong, or even strike very often, but do you know what makes him so proficient? It’s his ability to utilise the element of SURPRISE.
Don’t get caught with your pants down. Stay ready and stay armed soldier. ⚜️

What is the bare minimum of things that you do in your daily life that push you forwards? The things that set you apart from those who are unserious, the things that set you apart from those with no ambition, no drive or excellency?
I know what my bare minimum is the question I pose onto you is do you?
Do you even have a bare minimum of duties tasks, activities mindset routines systems schedules in which you must follow in order to stay ruthless?
Some of you simply don’t have a why. And without one, there is no hope for you.

I’m planning to start producing more content focused specifically on fitness alongside the usual style of videos. Fitness has always been a massive part of my life, not just physically but mentally too, and I want to bring that energy to the channel so we can grow together in both areas.
💭 I’ll throw a question out to you all: What’s one habit you’ve built (or are trying to build) that has improved your fitness journey the most? Could be as simple as drinking more water, going on daily walks, or structuring a training plan—let’s share and learn from each other.
⚖️ For me, the physical and mental are like yin and yang. One props the other up, and they work in tandem as a system, not in isolation. When you neglect one, the other suffers. This is why I’ve always prided myself on understanding the balance. Too many people give everything to either the gym or the grind, while completely overlooking their mindset—or vice versa. Then they wonder why life feels out of sync, blaming it on being “unlucky” or “inadequate.”
💡 But here’s the truth: your words, thoughts, and actions only have as much power as you allow them to have. If you convince yourself you can’t change, you won’t. But if you align your mind and body together, you’ll move with purpose, and doors start opening that you never even noticed before.

In a forward-looking sense, investing in a quality bed is an investment in long-term health, performance, and quality of life.
The average person today doesn’t get nearly as much sleep as they should, often due to hectic schedules, screen time before bed, and the pressures of modern life. But what’s often overlooked is how the very beds we sleep on can be a silent factor undermining our rest. 🤔 Many people sleep on mattresses that are either too old, poorly suited to their body type, or simply low in quality—leading to discomfort, poor spinal alignment, and frequent tossing and turning. Even with enough hours in bed, the quality of sleep can be severely compromised if the mattress doesn’t support deep, restorative rest. As a result, people wake up feeling groggy, sore, or unrefreshed, carrying that fatigue into their day. In the long run, this cycle impacts health, mood, and productivity. Prioritizing not just more sleep, but better sleep through the right bed setup, is essential in building a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
I say all this to say that you should take care of your bed make it in the morning and make sure it stays made when you meet it in the evening the better your bed looks the more inclined you will be to sleep in it at a good time We’ll speak soon gentlemen. ⚜️
Get outside and enjoy nature. We have been stripped of so many organic experiences internally and externally, so its important we make the most of what we have.
New video coming out this evening but one thing i want everyone to do for the rest of the week starting today, is to simply compliment a stranger whom you see outside, break through that social barrier, because you never know the impact you can have on someone else’s life with such a small gesture, and if you are anything like me you’ll feel a warm sensation from within which makes it all worth it.
Finally, I can sense a rebrand coming, theres something with my chosen username that doesn’t sit right with me, The name Mizzo came from a play on words from a specific song. And although there is nothing in particularly wrong with the song, it does promote a lifestyle and character that does not adhere to my own. Neither does it provide that person to person relationship, i wish to have with you my supporters. Nevertheless we shall see how things pan out.
