Hello there, thank you for listening and coming by! My name is Mario and pianopossession is my music project. My music is a mix of the piano, orchestral instruments, synths and a little world music here and there. A lot of my inspiration comes from video game music (especially of the 90s, David Wise for example), singer/songwriters like Joni Mitchell or contemporary composers like Yann Tiersen and Ludovico Einaudi. I started playing the piano nearly two decades ago and always had the urge to make my own music since the beginning. Music is my therapy and a big part in my life.
I grew up with gamefranchises like Resident Evil, Donkey Kong Country and The Legend Of Zelda - retrogaming is another one of my hobbies.
My style as melancholic, neoclassical, orchestral, alternativ pop, videogamesoundtrack and so on.
