5th Classified Growth in 1855, Château Pédesclaux takes its name from its founder in the beginning of the 19th century.
In 2015, Château Pédesclaux opened a new chapter in its history with a restructured vineyard, a new vat house and spectacular winery facilities created by the renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte.
Château Pédesclaux owes its regained distinction to Françoise and Jacky Lorenzetti, who acquired the estate in 2009 and immediately set about elevating it to a new level of excellence.
Under the leadership of Vincent Bache Gabrielsen and Emmanuel Cruse who manages Jacky Lorenzetti’s estates, the vineyards underwent significant work, soil studies, uprooting and planting.
