Founded in 2020 through the support of Andréa and Kenneth Frazier, the coalition aims to reduce stroke rates in North Philadelphia by providing culturally competent healthcare and education. Partnering with Thomas Jefferson University and Temple Health, the coalition bridges the gap between the community and clinical care to improve access and outcomes for underserved populations. The coalition’s North Philadelphia home was made possible by Mark Nicoletti and his family, who continue to support health initiatives in the region. Together, they’re creating a healthier future for vulnerable communities.
