The Greeks called it "Agoge" or "raising". Its only goal was to transform Boys into Spartan soldiers - without question the MOST feared fighters in the Ancient World.

Today....

Instead of encouraging boys to be strong, responsible and deal with issues head-on-

We try to shield them and wrap them up in bubble wrap.

We prevent them from rough play

AND..

Hand out medals when they come in last and tell them it’s ok because it’s the competition that matters.

Boys are not being taught how to be men because many fathers are either absent or too feminized to set a good example.

They grow up thinking they are "special" because mommy told them that all their lives

AND

Grow an entitlement mentality.

UNTIL....

LIFE punches them in the face and the reality of their mortal coil sets in and they melt into passive cowards....

Men HAVE to understand true struggle, loss, pain, confusion, disappointment....

OR

They will never have the mindset required for absolute success

"The TEST" is a requirement for development.

The younger generations need strong men to step up and guide these boys into manhood.
