My name is Bharti. I'm a former fashion designer turned yogini. Till 2019 my body weighed around 70kg which worried me so much but I always neglected it. And when lockdown hit. I took maximum out of it. I always say, When everybody locked themselves in, I locked myself out. I started with morning runs. Then I gradually started with HIIT workout. Ate mindfully and in around 6 months I lost about 10 kg weight. However, HIIT was not my goal, didn't find my purpose here. So on a friend's suggestion joined YOGA & in no time fell in love with the journey. So decided to become a yoga teacher. Completed all the required levels during lockdown & today I am a certified and Ayush recognised yoga expert by the ministry of Gov.
I started my own classes with the name BreatheTheYogaLife. Today I have more than 30 students in my batch. Also train students internationally. Also certified parental yoga & Aerial yoga & train at my studio. I wish to visit different places and serve as many as I can.
