PERSONAL RUNNING TRAINER

This is a program for beginners, designed to achieve a 5K run. in 8 weeks. Each week of this program consists of 3 days of training, and 4 days of rest. You can organize them as many days as you want, but it is important to leave a rest day in the middle of each workout. Remember that you can repeat your exercise on the days that you think necessary. The most important thing is that you feel satisfied with your effort.
