Hi, we're Owen & Katie!
When we bought an old farm in 2016, we dove into the homesteading lifestyle. Although dilapidated, we instantly fell in love with the dairy barn and stone coop that date back to the late 1800's. Life in Northern Wisconsin is not new to us, but we are new to the farming & gardening world. We are breathing new life into our property one improvement at a time- for both the land AND the buildings.
We want to show you how we're starting a pumpkin patch and Christmas Tree Farm from scratch...on a debt free budget. We had our first pumpkin crop and fresh-cut Christmas trees in 2018 and will expand beyond our roadside stand to a full retail space in 2020. We're documenting each step of the way for our viewers.
We are currently taking a small break/refresher, but we normally post videos 3 days a week, but during the peak seasons, will sometimes post 5 times a week. We are active on Instagram/IG Stories and Facebook.
