In 2021, I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Since then, DBT, dialectics, writing, and lived experience have changed how I understand emotions, relationships, shame, accountability, and building a life worth living.
Today, I’m a DBT skills coach, and A Manic Odyssey is where I share what I’ve learned, freely. Here you’ll find psychoeducation, practical skills, validation, compassion, reflection, and honest conversations about being human. I believe this knowledge belongs in our common vocabulary—not behind a paywall.
Healing, to me, isn’t becoming a perfect version of yourself. It’s learning to find your way back—with increasing skill and decreasing shame.
Acceptance and change. Accountability and compassion. Pain and laughter.
And because I refuse to become one perfectly curated niche: expect mental health, writing, stories, creativity, and dark jokes about being alive.
Both can be true.
The information is free. The practice is yours.
