In 2021, I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Since then, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about arriving at some perfect, final version of myself—it’s about holding both growth and struggle, pain and joy, acceptance and change. Through dialectics, my own healing journey, and my love of writing, I’ve come to see building a life worth living as a daily practice, not a fixed destination.
I’ve also radically accepted that I have no interest in being just *one* thing or fitting into *one* niche. In the past, I shamed myself for not “sticking to one path,” but now I embrace the chaos. One day, I might be deep in a mental health discussion, the next, making a joke so sharp it could cut glass. Both can be true.
So if you’re here for emotional depth AND darkly funny observations about the absurdity of life—welcome. You’re in the right place.
