I’m a Biochemist with a special interest in nutritional biochemistry and over 4 years of experience in the fitness niche
Some yrs ago I lost over 23kg of excess weight and gained about 10kg of healthy weight to reach my slim-thick fitness goal—strong, curvy, and confident (All was achieved sustainably after I learnt what works)
But my journey wasn’t just about aesthetics. I used to be overweight and struggled with sleep apnea, low energy, and poor eating habits. Shifting my focus from just “body goals” to health and wellness & having accountability changed everything.
Now, I train for strength, vitality, and longevity—and help other women do the same. Through personalized nutritional guidance, accountability, and 1-on-1 coaching, I help women build a better relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.
