Something exciting is coming to this channel, and it's very close to my heart 💃
For years, I taught dance fitness and it brought me so much joy — the music, the movement, the energy in the room. Life got busy, things shifted, and somewhere along the way I stopped. But I never stopped missing it.
I also started realizing something: I miss dancing. Not performing, not competing — just dancing. The way you dance at a party with your friends, carefree and happy, not thinking about technique. And I know I'm not the only one.
So many of us are in our 30s, life is full, we don't go out the way we used to, and that feeling of just letting go on a dance floor? We miss it.
So I'm bringing it back — for me, and for you. Simple, feel-good dance workouts that are less about burning calories and more about remembering how good it feels to just move.

Get ready to end the year strong and positive with my 6-day 10-minute Pilates series!
From December 26th to 31st, I’ll drop a new 10-minute Pilates video every day, each one unique and using a different prop.
These short, powerful sessions are perfect for ending 2025 on a high note, building strength, and moving your body daily ; all in just 10 -13 minutes.

✨ New 5-Day Pilates Series Coming This Sunday! ✨
I’m excited to share that I’ll be uploading a Beginner / Pregnancy-Friendly 5-day Pilates series ; and YES , it’s for everyone. 🤍
Even though it’s designed to be safe for pregnancy (no twists, no deep supine work, no crunches), it’s still challenging, strengthening, and deeply intentional.
We’ll focus on the lower body, arms, and core, with controlled planks and mindful movement for about 20 min each day.
We’ll also be using props like a Pilates ball, yoga block, and light weights ; but don’t worry, you can absolutely complete the entire series without any props at all.
If you’re new to Pilates, rebuilding your routine, pregnant, or simply wanting a series that’s gentle on the body but still delivers results, this one’s for you.
Can’t wait to move with you for 5 days! 🫶✨
