I’m "Little Sister Chris and Your Grief Therapist" a surviving sibling, licensed grief therapist, and the heart behind this space.

Established in 2019 as "Surviving Sibling Loss", a restorative space for siblings who weren’t always named in the room and essentially forgotten in grief. Started On audio podcast apps, then transitioned to YouTube in 2021 to better connect.

Now known as "The Grip Spot" — short for "GRieve In Peace, while Picking up the Pieces" , where grief gets honest, bold, and spiritually grounded. Whether you're a grieving sibling, parent, partner, or friend.
