I’m Nicola, 55, a mum of four adult children, sharing my life between Italy and Kuala Lumpur. Growing up in a vibrant, mixed Malaysian heritage, I learned to cook from a young age. I have a deep love for food and have always travelled for food, it’s been my compass, guiding me to new cultures, flavours, and stories.

Now, I’m daringly embracing life in my mid-50s, exploring flavour, culture, and exploration through culinary adventures around the world. I share soulful recipes, meet amazing people, and celebrate food as a universal language.
