The Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) is a promoter and founding member of the All India Management Association (AIMA), the apex body for the management profession in India. AMA has been an active collaborator in AIMA’s educational and professional initiatives across the country.

Recognized for its outstanding contributions to professional management, AMA has been honored 20 times (1990–2024) with the Best Local Management Association Award (Category-I) by AIMA. Additionally, AMA received the National Excellence Award (2009–10) for its innovative programs that have significantly advanced professional management.

Over its 57-year journey, AMA has conducted numerous programs, benefiting a vast number of individuals and organizations. Today, AMA holds prestige and recognition across business, industry, government, academia, and the professional community - not only in Ahmedabad and Gujarat but throughout India.
