Back pain is one of the most common health problems today. Both modern research and ancient yoga texts highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy spine. Traditional yoga practices strengthen the back, improve posture, and support spinal mobility. A healthy spine supports a healthy body and a calm mind. Practice with awareness. @yogaforall.therapy
Yoga did not develop in a few years. It evolved over thousands of years through the practice and wisdom of many generations. From the Vedic sages, to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, to the development of Hatha Yoga, yoga has always been a deep path of discipline, study, and self-transformation.
Traditionally, students practiced for many years under a teacher to understand not only asana, but also breath, mind, philosophy, and inner awareness.
Today yoga is practiced worldwide, which is wonderful. But sometimes we see people becoming “yoga teachers” in just a few weeks or months. Yoga is more than poses.
Teaching yoga carries responsibility. To truly teach yoga requires time, dedication, practice, and humility.
Yoga is not something we finish learning — it is a lifelong journey. 🧘♂️ @yogaforall.therapy
