MARTÍN ALMIRÓN
Tango artist, choreographer, producer, and educator, Martín Almirón is internationally acclaimed for his powerful performances and deep artistic vision. Known for blending tradition and modernity, he has performed in major theaters across the Americas and Europe. A five-time World Tango Championship finalist in both Salon and Stage Tango, Almirón brings authenticity and innovation to every performance. He was Dance Captain in the U.S. tour of Broadway’s Evita (2019–2023), where he also sang, danced, and acted, and served as choreographer for Madonna’s Madame X tour. With multiple degrees from the National University of the Arts in Buenos Aires, he founded Martín Almirón Tango, an inclusive school where dancers of all levels refine their craft. His work has been featured at Lincoln Center, The Juilliard School, BAM, Kennedy Center, and Théâtre du Châtelet, among others. Almirón is recognized as a true cultural ambassador of Argentine tango.
