Founded in 1897, the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music (BKCM) is a non-profit community music school. Today, BKCM provides high-quality music education and music therapy to more than 7,000 New Yorkers across all five boroughs, advancing its mission to transform lives and build community through the expressive, educational and therapeutic powers of music.
