Happy thanksgiving to all the great people I've connected with on YouTube and who have been a part of this community I’m building! I’ve put 3 years into this thang & there is no end in site & I’m so grateful you joined me on this lifelong journey!
I hope that today you not only say you're grateful but you deeply EXPERIENCE that gratitude at an emotional level & share it with others.
Since I woke up today I've been going on a "gratitude rampage" & I encourage you to do the same...
-I've been texting & calling family, friends, coworkers, customers, & partners
-I've focused on proclaiming & experiencing extra gratitude for the simple things in my day like my nitro cold brew, the chance to hug my mom, dad, and sister & t ell them a I love em, & belly laughs!
-I'm taking an inventory of all the things I'm grateful for from this past year, writing it all down, & marinating on it
As I take inventory on 2024 I'm not only practicing gratitude for the personal & professional wins.
I'm also appreciating all the failures & challenges I experienced that shaped my character & made me a better man.
I'm grateful for ALL of my experience (not just the good) because that means I'm risking, living, & learning babyyy!
I've always set financial targets like "I want to X in the bank by Y date" but today I'm reminding myself that, although those goals are good & having an upward aim is healthy, regardless of whether I get there, TODAY I have true wealth that money will never bring me...
Loving relationships & a sense of "enough."
A few years back I did an experiment & wrote in a gratitude journal for over a year & what I discovered through that experiment is that gratitude is the gateway drug to happiness & the ultimate superpower to create an upward spiral in our lives.
What better day to channel that superpower & start an upward spiral than to today?! 🚀
