As an Instructor at Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai and later Chief Instructor at a Regimental Centre, he shaped generations of officers and soldiers with discipline, courage, and honour.

Now retired, he continues his journey through long-distance motorbike rides across Kerala, the practice of Kalaripayattu, and free mentorship to children and adults seeking resilience and purpose.
