Hello, I am a bass guitarist from Kiel, Germany.
As a soloist, I create meditative ambient soundscapes that revolve around a static tonal center, using effects and loops. These form the foundation for my extended melodic improvisations.
My music is strongly influenced by the landscape and nature of the Cimbrian Peninsula between the North and Baltic Seas. The sounds of classical Indian music and Scandinavian Jazz serve as further inspiration.
Other current band projects are Electric Jidam (Electronic Fusion) and This Drowning Man (Post-Punk/Wave). The bands Scoda Blush and Mafuba are former projects in which I was involved.
