Economics as science needs to be rediscovered afresh in 21st century. Because Samuelson Economics has become an incomplete science, if not an irrelevant science, after UN and World Bank have given new paradigms under which every country should monitor their economy beyond the growth, employment and inflation. Economy has to work beyond market too and therefore institutions beyond market have to be introduced in every country to make economy move in desired directions.
