Give yourself 30 quiet minutes each morning—just to sit, be still, and watch. When you wake up, resist the urge to rush. (It’s harder than it sounds!). Start small: even 5 minutes in the dark. Sit up, place your feet on the floor, take a deep breath, and whisper, ‘Thank You, God.’ Then stay there—in the silence. Because only when we truly quiet our hearts can we hear what needs to be heard. Practice this daily solitude with Him, and witness the miracles unfold.
