Welcome to "The IAS Mentor". I am Babu Gunasekaran cleared the UPSC examination 3 times in the years CSE 2013, 2016 & 2017 with All India Rank 629, 337 & 737 respectively and also secured a score of 200 Marks in the Personality Test in CSE 2013.

Over the last 8 years, I have worked as an IAS faculty in some of the renowned coaching institutions in Delhi specializing myself in the area of Polity, Governance & Ethics in Governance.

This channel is intended to provide general mentorship to students preparing for IAS examination as many students find it difficult to get the right guidance during the process of their preparation.

Apart from the general mentorship the videos will also focus on the subject matters like Polity, Governance, Ethics in Governance, Public Administration etc. In addition to general guidance & subject specific videos, special emphasis will also be given to Interview Preparation for IAS examination.
