In beginning it's journey starts with hand grounded(Traditional hath wali chaki) spices. We Process spices in (Mortar & Pestle) and traditional stone chaki with below 50 RPM. In this process heat is not generated so spices don’t lose their micro nutrients. These spices are free from chemicals, food colors, lead etc. These chemicals are the main reason for the serious diseases.
