Welcome to my Body weight training videos.
This channel will provide materials that will help you to shape your body, build awareness and connect all that with your mind. We gonna work on your personal potential with the tools you already have, your body weight and acces to my programs.
What I offer is very important for your everyday physical and mental comfort. I guide you in training consists of functional exercises and your own body weight.
It means that we will build your shape by simply working with the load your body used to carry in a daily basic. This will help you to avoid injuries and overloads and at the same time increase your mobility, balance, strengthening your core and make you sleep better.
My goal as your instructor is to build into your awareness the picture of how your body segments are linked to each other, which will enhances the effects and help you keep the correct body posture all day long.
