I'm a former gym owner, I am certified in Rock Steady Boxing, have attended many conferences on the subject of Parkinson’s Disease, and have been trained to work one on one with Parkinson’s clients.
Although I am semi-retired my passion to help as many people with PD manage their symptoms through exercise still exist.
My mission is to bring this same type of quality training through YouTube videos.
My YouTube exercise videos will help combat the symptoms that go along with Parkinson’s.

Here are just a few reasons why exercise is so important.

* perform everyday activities with confidence so that you will have a better quality of life.
* improve your gait, posture, fine motor skills, etc. so that you can move about your day with ease.

One of my students doctor once told her, “If you want to keep moving, you have to keep moving.”
