I serve as Vice President of Workforce & Community Education at Northwell Health, where I focus on shaping the future of healthcare talent through strategic partnerships, education and learning innovation. I also sit on the Board of Trustees for The Possible Zone, advancing youth entrepreneurship and economic mobility.

Beyond healthcare, I explore the human experience of work and leadership.
