BIMINI is an LA based artist, songwriter, and producer who emerged from the times of covid19 quarantine. She delivers her poppy vocals over the warm, ethereal instrumentation infused with LoFi production. Her musical inspirations, aside from oceanic wanderlust, include ODESZA, RÜFÜS DU SOL, HALSEY, Broods, and Flume.

BIMINI created her single debut while stuck in Peruvian quarantine under martial law. She was in the beach town of Punta Hermosa, Lima, for about month which inspired her to create multiple tracks that will be releasing every three weeks starting with “oof.”. Being away from home and all music gear, BIMINI incorporated a LoFi feel to her poppy sounds by recording her demos with an iPhone into Ableton. Her “one song a day” mindset to keep her sane through quarantine, led her to begin her journey unofficially through Soundcloud. Once back in LA and with the support of her friends, family, and fans, BIMINI decided it was time to bring her creations to all platforms.
