Around here we move gently, breathe deeply, and give our nervous systems a little vacation. Expect calming stretches, simple guidance, and reminders that you don’t have to be flexible or perfect to show up on your mat. Just bring your body and your breath.

My name is Katie and when I am not on the mat, I like to spend my time lifting weights or playing outside— soaking up the sunshine, hiking in the woods, or walking on the beach. Nature is a huge inspiration for me. 🌼

Whether you are here to release some tight muscles, calm a busy mind, or spend a few quiet minutes with yourself, you are in the right place.
