Hey guys - I heard that stringing the crosses looser than the mains helps with spin. Is that true? Planning to go back to my old full poly setup (Tourna Big Hitter 16 @52lb), but I might tweak my tension a bit to get a little help on my FH angles

Hey guys - I recently had a lesson with my old coach to see if there's anything I should work on that I've overlooked as I feel that my level plateaued as of late. He is a USTA High Performance Coach who played #1 for Cornell (13 UTR). Out of all the coaches I've had throughout my life, he was the one that made the biggest impact on my game. I managed to record my training sesh with him. Is this something you guys would be interested in seeing on the channel?

Check out his channel! He's trying to reach 10K subs: youtube.com/@ChrisLewit

Wow, 100K total views...crazy to think that this many people on the Internet watched me slap forehands and miss overheads like Djokovic on the regular lmao. On a serious note, I wanna say thank you to everyone who tuned in to my channel and showed their support. I made some great progress with my game towards the end of 2022, and hope to build on that in 2023. I honestly don't know how much game I have left in me...but wouldn't we like to find out 😉? The road to 11 UTR continues...
